Baked Halibut

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds Halibut, cut into 4-6 pieces
Melted butter
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Chopped onion
Parsley flakes
Preparation

Marinate fish in white wine for 15-30 minutes. Drain on paper towel. Roll the fish in melted butter and then in bread crumbs and put in a baking pan.
