Healthy Chicken as Warm Meal
Ingredients
1. A whole and cleaned chicken, about 3 to 3,5 pounds
2. Fresh water
3. 1 ½ onions, chop 1 part coarsely and dice the half one
4. 5 celery stalks. Chop 2 coarsely, slice 3 stalks about ¼ inch thick
5. 5 carrots. Chop 2 coarsely, slice 3 pieces about ¼ inch thick
6. 3 cloves of garlic and smash them
7. 1 teaspoon of peppercorns
8. 2 bay leaves
9. 1 cup frozen peas
10. Egg noodles
11. 3 thyme sprigs
12. Salt and ground pepper
Preparation

1. Prepare a large pot

2. Combine the chicken and combine the chopped onion, celery, carrots, peppercorns, bay leaves, and thyme sprigs

3. Cover them with water until the chicken is fully sunken.

4. Cook over low heat 30 minutes

5. Remove the chicken to a plate and remove the skin

6. Pull all the chicken meat by using forks, put on the plate and refrigerator while waiting for you to prepare the soup.

7. Put back all the chicken bones to the large pot and simmer them for an hour

8. Add salt and pepper

9. In the end of cooking within 10 minutes, add celery, onion, and carrots

10. Cook egg noodles in a separated pot then add it along with the chicken into the soup, add seasoning if it’s needed

11. Put fresh ground pepper on top and serve it with bread
