Spinach Bread

Ingredients
1 pound Bridgeford frozen dough
3 ounces pepperoni, cubed
2 pkgs. chopped frozen spinach
cup oil
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 egg, beaten save tiny bit for brushing
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon minced garlic
8 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Preparation

Thaw dough to room temperature. Divide into two parts and roll each into a 6x10 sheet. Squeeze spinach dry. Add all ingredients to spinach, mixing well. Spread 1/2 of the spinach mixture onto each sheet of dough. Roll like a jelly roll. Brush top with egg. Place on a cookie sheet sprinkled with cornmeal or greased. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
