Stuffed Celery
Ingredients
4 medium stalks celery
⅓ cup shredded Swiss cheese
⅓ cup finely chopped ham, fully cooked
2 tablespoons mayo or salad dressing
½ teaspoon prepared mustard
Preparation

Wash celery and pat dry.

Cut into 3 inch pieces.

In medium-size bowl, mix remaining ingredients.

Spread approximately 1 tablespoon on each stalk of celery.

Refrigerate one hour before serving.
