Ingredients

cornmeal
1/4 cup
flour
1 tablespoon
lemon
pepper
2 teaspoons
salt
1 tablespoon
onion powder
1/2 teaspoon
paprika
Preparation
1
Combine all ingredients in bowl. Then
store
in air tight container. Use this as a
coating
when
frying
or
baking
fish. You
can
use this by itself or dip fish in milk or buttermilk first.
