Grilled Chicken Kebab
Ingredients
Bamboo skewers
5 tablespoons Sesame sauce (tahini)
1 pound chicken breasts, cut into squares
1 Teaspoon hot red pepper
Juice of one lemon
1/2 cup white vinegar
Half teaspoon black pepper
1/2 tablespoon cumin
1/2 tablespoon ground coriander
Salt to taste
7 cloves crushed garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation

Soak bamboo skewers in water to prevent them from burning

Cut chicken into squares

Make the sauce:

Mix together the lemon juice and sesame tahini, garlic, pepper, spices, salt, vinegar.

Soak chicken in sauce for an hour

Put chicken on skewers and grill.
