Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup citron optional
2 pounds Ricotta
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts

About
Pistachios are great to use for the nuts. You can also try rolling the ends in miniature chocolate chips.
