Swedish Blood Pudding

Ingredients
1/2 quart pig's blood
3 tablespoons
butter
(melted and cooled)
12 ounces
beer
1 1/2 cups
flour
2 tablespoons
sugar
1/2 tablespoon
salt
and
pepper
oil
for pan
Preparation

Preheat
the oven to 350 F

Place all the liquid ingredients in a bowl,
stir
to
mix

Sift the
dry
ingredients into the liquid while
whisking
to avoid lumps

Pour the mixture into a pan and
bake
for approximately 1 hour

Take it out of the oven, let it
cool.

Once
cooled,
cut
the pudding into half inch
slices

Heat
the
frying
pan to medium high.

Place 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan.

Fry
each side of the pudding
slice
for a minute and
serve.
