Ingredients

Egg white
1 cup
Brown sugar
1 tablespoon
Flour
1 dsh
Salt
1 teaspoon
Vanilla
1 cup
Pecan
halves
Preparation
1
Preheat oven
to 275 .
Whip
egg white, slowly add
brown
sugar, flour,
salt
and vanilla. Then
fold
in pecans
halves.
Lay each
coated
pecan on a greased cookie sheet and
bake
for about 40 minutes.
