Cranberry Bread

Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries, chopped
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
3/4 cup orange juice

About
This bread is great with a cup of hot tea for breakfast or at any time of day. Make it in the fall when cranberries are in season and readily available in stores.
