The Master Margarita

Ingredients

3 ounces Vodka

1/4 teaspoon Sugar

Ice

Dash of lemon zest

Combine vodka, lemon juice and sugar, and stir until sugar is dissolved.

Add ice and stir until the liquid is cold and a little ice has melted into the drink.

Pour the drink into two martini glasses.

Gently break or crush two wedges of clementine into each glass.

Top with lemon zest.

Awesome! Any tribute to Bulgakov is okay in my opinion. Must try this!

A Margarita inspired cocktail using vodka instead of tequila. Named for the Bulgakov novel "The Master and Margarita."
