Minestrone Al Pesto( Vegetable Soup With Pesto)

Ingredients

Cut the leeks into rings.

Then put leeks , carrot and celery in a saucepan with oil to brown them.

Slice the potatoes.

Put them in the saucepan .

Cover with water and add the vegetable bouillon cube.

Then, prepare the pesto

A bunch of basil

A handful of pine nuts

A clove of garlic

Parmesan

When it 's ready throw it directly into the soup.

Cook for ,at least ,an hour and a half.

Leave intact at least half of the vegetables.

Sprinkle with some parmesan.
