Blueberry and Cardamom Pie
Ingredients

100 grams unsalted butter softened
110 grams self raising flour
110 grams caster sugar
2024 cardamom pods
2 mediums eggs
250 grams blueberries
142 ml sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Preparation

Place the butter flour and half the sugar in a food processor.

Proceed briefly until blended.

Spoon into a buttered 18cm square cake tin spreading slightly up the sides.

Sprinkle the berries over the base.

You can use bilberries or blackcurrants instead of blueberries in which case you should add an extra teaspoon or two of sugar to the filling.
