Apricot Crumble

Ingredients
500 grams apricots
1 tablespoon brandy
2 tablespoons sugar (caster)
1 teaspoon golden syrup
teaspoon cinnamon, ground
1 teaspoon lemon juice
cup water
cup flour, self-raising
100 grams unsalted butter
3 tablespoons coconut
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon almonds, ground

Sprinkle mixture evenly over apricots.

If you like a lot of crumble, double topping ingredients.

Other fruits such as plums, rhubarb or apples may be used.
