Chocolate Roulade

Ingredients

6 Eggs Separate Out Yolks
6 ounces Caster Sugar
6 ounces Plain Chocolate, Bournville
1 tablespoon Icing Sugar
1 sht Silicon Release Paper

Preparation

Melt chocolate

Cut paper and place in bottom of "swiss roll" flat tin

Seperate eggs, beat yolks and caster sugar till creamy

Beat egg whites till stiff

Fold chocolate (cooled a bit) into egg yolk mixture

Fold egg white into mixture

Spread into prepared tin

Bake 10-12 mins bottom shelf AGACAN BE FROZEN FOR LATER USE

Beat cream till stiff not Buttery

Turn base onto cling film covered board 11.spread cream, roll using cling film12. dust with icing sugar and decorate
