2 parts extra virgin olive oil,

Combine all ingredients in jar.

Close lid tightly and shake well. Use over steamed greens or any fresh green salad.

About
I love using elderberry vinegar (which I make at the end of summer from fresh elderberries) during the fall and winter both for its glorious dark red-purple color as well as elderberries' medicinal qualities. Using them through out the fall and winter can help protect you against the worst colds and flus.
