Fresh Strawberries and Pound Cake Squares With Chocolate Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

2 quarts fresh washed strawberries, stems removed

1 pound cake or angelfood cake, cubed

6 ounces unsweetened chocolate

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 cup half and half creamer

1 stick butter

1/8 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons flavoring (vanilla, Kahlua, or amaretto)

In a heavy sauce pan over low heat, combine all ingredients and stir frequently until smooth and creamy. Serve warm with fresh strawberries.

Pineapple chunks, banana slices, kiwi slices or other fruit of your choice are also delicious dipped in this molten chocolate.
