Chili Chicken Salad
Ingredients
2 organic chicken breasts
1 Cup sliced almonds
1 Cup Celery celery
1 Cup red grapes
Soy-Free Vegenaise
2 tbsp. Chili Powder
1 tbsp. Paprika
Salt to taste
Preparation

Wash Chicken breasts. Cut into cubes.

Bring chicken to a boil.

Chop celery. Add to bowl.

Cut grapes in 4’s. Add to bowl.

Add sliced almonds to bowl.

Once chicken is cooked through, remove from water. Add to food processor.

Add chicken to bowl.

Add chili powder. Mix thoroughly.

Add paprika. Mix thoroughly.

Add 1 cup Vegenaise to mixture. Continue to add Vegenaise until the consistency is to your liking.

Salt to taste.
