Apple Or Corn Datch

Ingredients

1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
2 ears of corn cut off or 2 thinly sliced/peeled apples
2 tablespoons canola oil

Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients to form a slightly runny texture.

Stir in corn or apple slices.

Mixture should still be slightly thin.

Drop by large spoonfuls into a hot fry pan with oil.

Flip when egg mixture bubbles/goes dry.

Finish to light golden and flip onto paper towled plate to drain excess fat.

Top with either powdered sugar or maple syrup.
