Mexican Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

1 pound butter
1 3/4 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Blend butter, sugar and baking soda together until soft. Beat eggs and add vanilla. Gradually add flour until right consistency. Roll out on floured board. Cut out with a drinking glass. Sprinkle tops with cinnamon sugar if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 dozen.
