Shrimp in Sweet Sour sauce
Ingredients
•200 grams shrimp with shell without head,
          •Garlic 2 cloves, crush and finely chop,
          •Tomato puré 3 tablespoons,
          •Palm sugar 2 tablespoons,
          •Salt and pepper to taste,
          •Fresh lime juice 2 tablespoons,
          •Chives , for garnish
      Preparation

Heat oil in medium temperature, put garlic and stir fry until it smells good.

Then put palm sugar to make it little caramelize then shrimp ready to put in the pan, mixed it properly.

Put tomato puré, salt and pepper and stir it again.

Before take it off from the heat, pour lime juice in it to get fresh sour taste.

Serve with chopped chives and warm jasmine rice.
