Bread Pakoda

Ingredients

4 slices of bread
1 onion, sliced
3 tablespoons of cornflour
salt to taste
1 teaspoon red chilly powder
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
oil to fry

Preparation

Make a paste of cornflour with water add salt to it, red chilly powder and turmeric powder.

Cut each bread in four pieces take one slice of bread put one slice of onion in it and then cover it with another slice of bread and dip it whole into cornflour paste , then deep fry it.

You can eat it with Tomato ketchup or green chutney.

instead of the corn flour use gram flour(besan) it will make it tastier and healthier

This recipie is a combination of Indian and western food. It takes very less time to make this recipe.People of all ages will love it.
If you put 1tsp of hot oil in cornflour paste then your pakodas will be soft.
