I don't know what's in your risotto, but a few things that come to mind (that I would serve) are:
Pancetta wrapped asparagus- lightly grilled and topped with a citrus vinaigrette.
Proscuitto wrapped melon.
Grilled figs
Crostini w/ chicken livers
Grilled Radicchio wrapped in pancetta and drizzled with a balsamic reduction.
Marinated cheese and olives.
Maybe just melon cubes drizzled with a sherry vinaigrette.

Also, tomato caprese skewers, something light before the rich risotto...
cherry tomatoes alternating with basil leaves and fresh mozzarella slices (or pearls) on wooden/bamboo skewers... drizzle with balsamic vinegar and/or EVOO
