Question: ISO recipe

June 20, 2011
I have been asked by my neighbor for a recipe. It's evidentally a salad with raw broccoli and cauliflower, raisins, walnuts (she thinks), and condensed milk. That may of may not be all of the ingredients, but that's all she could think of. I thank you in advanced. Diane

Is it a variation of Waldorf Salad, perhaps?

2 heads broccoli, rinsed and cut up
2 heads cauliflower, rinsed and cut up
1 1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
dash cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
1 granny smith apple, cored and chopped
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste (if desired)

Combine all in a large bowl and mix well.

I'm unsure if this is what you're going for, but I think it just might be pretty good. :)
