I am going from memory here.....
This may be doubled, tripled ,etc.
2 cups self-rising cornmeal
1 cup flour 1
1 egg
add milk until it is of a slow pouring consistency(Not like pancake batter.)thicker
Beat the egg white until fluffy.
beat the yolk separately
mix everything except the egg white
Add the egg white last and fold. this should work. 350 and this part I don't remember I would say 30"..You will have to use a toothpick the first time.

No, there is no recipe available for cornbread that is about 3 inches thick.
