I don't have a specific recipe in mind, but the best way to lower cholesterol is to use lots of vegetables, lean meat (do not eat more than 4 oz), eat salmon & tuna. Use only olive oil & low fat products. I did this & had my ratio down to 1.5 from 4. Also, I had a egg one a week & on that day I did not eat meat.
