Almost every baked product has eggs in it, and most of them do not need to be a refrigerated. Pumpkin bread will last 1-2 days is left unrefrigerated. It will last a week in the fridge. It is perishable because pumpkin is perishable even after baking (think baked zucchini... still rots).
