There is nothing better to me than a great sandwich. That perfect combination of sweet and savory, crunchy and melty. It's just pure bliss. I love making sandwiches and now I am taking it to a new level of maturity with The Panini Press Blog. Each week I will create a panini with either a classical inspiration or something I came up with myself, with step by step instruction so you can make them at home. In an attempt to expand my palette, I will scour gourmet markets and bakeries as well as big chain stores to create complex flavors with as few ingredients as possible. Going completely out of my "peanut butter on white bread" comfort zone. There are a million sandwiches out there in the naked city, and I'm on a mission to create them!
