I always say I'm going to do a recipe exactly like it's written the first time but I never do. I guess, like a lot of us, I just like to play around with recipes, put in the ingredients I like, take out the ones I don't.... Spent several weeks in Cambodia this year and am starting to explore Southeast Asian cooking. I watched parts of the Penny De Los Santos food photography course at Creative Live this weekend so I made myself just make some pictures while I was making the crisp. They're a place to start.
