I'm Sheila and I am the owner of New Southern Pantry, an online business dedicated to my love of good food. We want to teach people to eat healthy and keep the style of food you love. Being from the South, we want to share that culture and food style with everyone!

have a line of products that are free of preservative, msg and food coloring.
So many illnesses are caused by the food we eat and am using my medical background as a RN to address that issue with my love of everything food.
Southern Style food is about home cooking with natural and fresh ingredients.

I am a Texan living in the Midwest, married to my best friend for 34 years. We have a one 25 year old son who is in college and a Welsh Cardigan Corgi named Beauregard who rules the house. I love to create anything new, love to plan events..big or small and mostly just love to be who I am at this very second.
