I am enjoying writing traditional Norwegian food, many of the old recipes come from grandmum's and great grandmums it is my pleasure to meet. I enjoy travel in Norway, it is such a beautiful country, everywhere you look you see a photo opportunity and it is my dream to one day have a Camping van to travel this country bringing more food stories and having a new Blog on the fabulous little fishing villages dotted around the 58,000km coastline of Norway. What a trip.
