Oh i'm just a regular guy, I am a college professor by trade and a food lover by hobby, I really enjoy all types of food, and more so cooking and getting to know people that share my pasion for cooking and learning about food. I am Cuban, and i love Cuban cuisine, its european and African roots give a special characteristic, difficult to find in any other type of cuisine. The fun part of it is educating people about the origins of Cuban cuisine and actually teaching people how to prepare Cuban dishes. I guess that's the teacher in me.
