I go by the pen name of Marntzu on most of my writing. Marntzu means barbarian tribe in Chinese. In China a barbarian was defined as someone who cooked differently then the official style. I love to improvise and come up with new ways of cooking great food so the title fits. (side note the word barbarian in Chinese is man. so I felt Marntzu was a better fit)
