Hi! I'm Rachel. I live in Seattle with my sous chef, a fat orange cat named George. I work as a chemist, but my real passions are food and exploration.
I love to try new recipes and also make up new ones. I am really into cooking seasonally and eating healthy.
I also have a dairy and egg allergy which prevents me from eating a lot of my favorite foods. I have learned to love eating more whole and less processed foods.
