Madison Shelton

I am student at Harvard College, class of 2011. My studies are focused on International Relations, but my real passion is cooking. I am member of the Dunster House Culinary Team whose responsibilities include creating menus and preparing dishes for our Open Houses and other formal events. My particular interests include desserts, breads and pastries. I am passionate about locally grown ingredients and am particularly thrilled that Harvard University Dining Services has made a particular investment in locally grown foods. In fact, most of the food served to students was grown or produced within a 250 mile radius from Cambridge.
I am also a competitive Ballroom Dancer with the Harvard Ballroom Dance Team.
