Gruner Veltliner Wine

About

White wine that is typical of Austria. Usually produced with a dry and quite complex flavor profile. Also produced in Hungary and The Czech Republic. Pairs well with seafood. Grüner Veltliner is often served 50/50 with Club Soda as "G'spritzer" (spritz - from the bubbles) as a refreshing drink when it's hot or not. The varieties go from dry to "very very dry" and may be an acquired taste. If you like Pinot Grigio, definitely try Grüner Veltliner.
