   I am single, I enjoy cooking for myself and others as well. I like to take recipes and  personalize them. I don't think you should have to be a  millionaire to eat like one.  The recipe I submitted is one of my favorites. This one is suitable for either the oven or smoker ( my prefered method of cooking). I hope you enjoy preparing and serving this one as much I do.
