Instant Pot Omelette
Ingredients
6 eggs
1 1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter
Preparation

Crack 6 eggs into the mixing bowl.

Add salt.

Mix the eggs.

Add milk and stir it.

Grease a glass bowl with unsalted butter.

Place the steam rack inside the Instant Pot.

Put the bowl with the egg mixture on the steam rack.

Fill the inner pot with 2 cups of water.

Close the lid and turn the steam release handle to “Sealing” position.

Select “Pressure Cook” program with "High Pressure" settings and set time to 25 minutes.

When it is done, wait another 5 minutes. Open the pressure cooker using Natural Release.

Take out the Instant Pot Omelette and add your favorite sauce or deep. Enjoy!
