Energy Balls with Almonds, Cacao and Coconut Cream

Ingredients

1⁄4 cup almonds (crushed and roasted)
1 tablespoon cacao
1⁄4 cup coconut cream
1⁄4 cup coconut flakes (roasted)
1⁄4 cup goji berries (soaked in water for 5 min. and finely chopped)
2 tbsps maple syrup
1⁄4 cup raisins (finely chopped)
1 dash sea salt
1⁄4 cup sesame seeds (roasted)
1 cup tsampa

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together until smooth, except of the coconut flakes.

Make energy balls with your hands and coat them in the roasted coconut flakes.

Energy balls taste best if you serve them chilled.
