½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon cream or milk
½ cup jack cheese, shredded

5
Lightly spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray. Divide the bacon vegetable mixture amongst the 12 muffin cups. Divide the jack cheese and place on top of the mixture. Pour the eggs over the cups to near the top of the muffin tin. Place 4 half-pieces of the tater tots on top of each muffin cup. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
