In honor of Tax Day, Pizza Hut, has launched a rewards program for diners. Starting now, pizza fans can download and file a "P-2" form and submit it for a chance to win gift cards to the eatery. Sample questions include: How much cell phone data was used to order a pizza? How many combinations did you try in 2014? Do you have Pizza Hut on speed dial? What dependents, if any, are in your household? In my opinion, this is a creative way for Pizza Hut to collect customer data which in turn, may fuel changes for the chain in the future. The deadline to download the "P-2" is 5:00 p.m. C.S.T on April 17 and must be postmarked no later than Saturday, April 18.
