They also don't take up a lot of space. The larger, more expensive ice cream makers are for the die hard ice cream-aholic. These heavy duty machines can produce batch after batch without even breaking a sweat. Whatever you choose, a scoop of freshly made ice cream is the most satisfying meal on a hot summer evening.
