Homemade pickles eggs are far superior in flavor than the ones on the store shelf. They are more than simply *pickled*, they have numerous flavors playing on your tongue with every nibble.
2 c. vinegar
1 c. water
11/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp pickling spices (I made my own using cloves,mustard seed, dill seed, cinnamon sticks, celery seed and bay leaves)
Sliced onion
