Stuffed mushrooms are amazing and perfect for snacking. This recipe is superb; stuffed with jalapeno and bacon, with the creamy/crunchy bits that make stuffed mushrooms so irresistible.
Jalapeno Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms

1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 pound of large button mushrooms (about 12 caps)
3 strips thick cut bacon, chopped
1 jalapeno, minced
1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
1 ounce cream cheese
2 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
