The Decorated Cookie is known for its fabulous cookie designs and these wild zebra cookies are no different. You don't need any fancy equipment to decorate these cookies, just a cookie cutter, pastry bags, and decorating tip (all of which are available at the craft store). Zebra cookie are great party favors for birthday parties and showers.
