For a love that is too hot to handle, these peanut butter Sriracha cookies are the perfect Valentine's Day treat.
Combining spicy and sweet is all the rage, and nowhere is that better, than in a bottle of Sriracha sauce. Adding a kick to these super sweet cookies is a perfect addition. We love to add that big Hershey's kiss to the middle for taste that is out of this world.
Peanut Butter Sriracha Cookies
1 cup Unsalted Butter (softened)
1½ cups Crunchy Peanut Butter (or Sunbutter if allergic to peanuts)
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Brown Sugar (packed)
¼ c Sriracha
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2¾ to 3 cups All-Purpose Flour (finished dough should be soft, but not sticky)
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
½ teaspoon Salt
1½ teaspoons baking soda
Granulated sugar for dipping dough balls into.
