Subway's Sriracha Chicken Melt is currently in the testing phase in Florida. The melt's announcement, which is filled with grilled chicken, Monterey cheese and creamy Thai Sriracha sauce (spiced with Chile and garlic), follows the news of the creamy Sriracha sauce surfacing in Santa Ana, California earlier this week.
