Chocolate Cinnamon Spirals with Xocai Healthy Chocolate
Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
12 cup butter (butter or margarine, softened, divided)
12 tsp salt
4 tbsps sugar
1 whole eggs
12 cup milk
2 tsps vanilla
12 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsps brown sugar
3 tbsps chopped walnuts
2 chunks dark chocolate (Xocai X Power Squares)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease 9-inch baking pan. Mix flour, baking powder, 1/4 cup of butter, salt, and sugar until it forms course crumbs. Add egg, milk and vanilla. Roll with rolling pin on flat surface to 1/4 inch thick. Cover with remaining butter, cinnamon, brown sugar, walnuts, and chopped X Power Squares. Roll the dough into a log and slice into 1/2-inch pieces. Bake until golden brown.
