These cheddar beer drop biscuits from Evil Shenanigans are devilishly delicious. The beauty of this recipe is that is doesn't require any kneading or rolling of the dough; you simply mix the ingredients together and drop the dough on a cookie sheet. You'll want to use a sharp cheddar cheese for these biscuits so that the cheesy flavor will still shine through after baking. Beer in baked goods adds a depth of flavor and helps keep the dough light.
