Apple Crisp with a Kick of Xocai Healthy Chocolate
Ingredients
6 whole gala apples (FILLING cored and diced (medium diced))
1 cup steel-cut oats (FILLING)
1/2 cup dried cranberries (FILLING)
1 tbsp dark chocolate (FILLING Xocai Activ powder)
2 tsps cinnamon (FILLING)
1/4 cup brown sugar (FILLING)
1/2 cup unsalted butter (FILLING melted real unsalted butter)
1 tsp vanilla (FILLING)
1/2 cup milk (FILLING)
1/2 cup flour (TOPPING whole wheat if you would like)
2 tbsps unsalted butter (TOPPING)
2 tbsps sugar (TOPPING)
1/4 cup rolled oats (TOPPING)
2 chunks dark chocolate (TOPPING Xocai Protein Bars, chopped)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine filling ingredients and mix then together and place in a greased casserole or baking pan. Mix topping ingredients to make a crumb topping consistency, like small peas. Sprinkle over the top of the filling mixture, and then bake in oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until apples are soft.
